On our recent foodie excursion, we had the privilege of visiting Gram Cafe & Pancakes in Chatswood, Sydney. Gram Cafe & Pancakes has two locations in Sydney, with one in the CBD near George Street, offering its customers a choice of locations to enjoy their delicious menu.
As soon as we stepped in, we were greeted with the warm and inviting atmosphere of this popular cafe. We started our meal with the Premium Pancake, a soufflé-style pancake served with a generous knob of butter, fresh cream, and maple syrup on the side. The light and airy texture of the pancake was truly a treat, and it just melted in our mouth. The toppings perfectly complemented the flavors, making it a standout dish on the menu.
Next, we tried their classic Brioche French Toast, which was equally as impressive. The dish was beautifully presented, with slices of warm and soft brioche bread accompanied by fresh cream and maple syrup on the side. Amrita particularly loved the fresh cream, while I (Sathya) couldn’t get enough of the maple syrup!
